How to Cancel or Reschedule a Ride

We kindly ask that all cancellations or changes be made during normal business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM).

If you need to cancel or change a scheduled transportation appointment, we ask that you notify us as early as possible so we can accommodate both your needs and those of other riders in the community.

Cancellation Notice Guidelines

To help us continue offering high-quality, punctual service to all riders, our cancellation policy is structured as follows:

Cancellations With 48+ Hours’ Notice

  • No penalty or fee
  • Full refund available (if pre-paid)
  • Option to reschedule free of charge

Cancellations Within 24–48 Hours of Appointment

  • May incur credit card processing fees
  • Refunds processed minus applicable fees
  • Free rescheduling available (based on availability)

Cancellations Within 24 Hours or No-Shows

  • No refund available
  • No-show or late cancellation may affect future booking privileges
  • Rescheduling still offered when possible

We understand that missing an appointment doesn’t mean you don’t still need to go. If your schedule changes, we’re happy to help you reschedule your ride at no extra cost, depending on availability.
